The stable 1.x line preserves the execution vocabulary, lifecycle contracts, bounded scheduling, Flutter integration, deterministic testing, and diagnostics tooling established in 1.0.0.

1.2.1 — SDK and documentation

The October 26, 2026 patch updates English/Russian instructions, links, SDK security guidance, and aligned package dependencies. Public API and behavior are unchanged. Use Dart 3.13.7+ or Flutter 3.47.8+ for builds; applications affected by the eMudhra incident must be rebuilt and redistributed.

SDK compatibility validation is not a new benchmark run and makes no new performance claim.

The core adds an optional observer for the lifecycle of each Command execution. It correlates submitted, queued, processingStarted, rejected, and finished events by execution ID, including overlapping Commands. Use it when terminal history is insufficient to explain queueing or rejection. It receives technical metadata, not the Command object, its key, state, error, or stack trace.

Pass the observer as executionObserver when constructing a UseCase; see the complete constructor example. Callbacks are synchronous and best-effort, not a replayable stream or durable audit trail. The Flutter, Test, and DevTools companion packages remain at 1.1.0; their ^1.1.0 core dependency allows 1.2.0.
